It is my pleasure to recommend Brittany from the11611 East Sahuaro Drive store! She maybe the most friendly worker in all of Scottsdale and every member knows it and is appreciative. She sees me from the parking lot and I'm checked in! She is Mountainside Fitness. I can't imagine going and not seen her radiant smile. I believe the doors would close without her, she is that valuable. We all love her.
I have been a member for the last 12 years and have seen many ups and downs during this time, Including COVID-19. I absolutely love Mountainside Fitness! Their gym has amazing amenities and equipment, but I mostly come for their fitness classes! They have a huge variety of classes with incredible instructors. My other favorite part of this gym is their childcare! You don't have to sign up for a time slot like other gyms, you can just come with your kids when you're ready to work out. Anthony and Amanda were very warm and inviting at the front!! They made me feel welcome at the gym and I had a great time.
Great customer service! When I got signed up, the staff took me on a detailed tour around the facility and showed me all the great equipment. The locker rooms offer steam rooms and sauna, multiple cardio machines and a variety of amazing workout equipment. Super pumped to get back in shape!
Alyssa and Justine did a remarkable job taking care of my infant daughter. She is not always easy to calm. They allowed me to get my workout in which I am so great full for!!! They are awesome! :)
