Staff super helpful and friendly. Check in was so fast and seamless. Moxy is where it’s at!
Nice staff, great location, lively bar/restuarant, but tiny rooms with no desk, chair or even closet, definitely a party hotel not a business hotel...
The room was really nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside is just a dark but other than that it was a great stay.
Great location near Brooklyn Bridge, WTC, Century 21 Shopping, Zara. Didn't care for waiting to take elevator up to our room. Lounge had nice vibe, a bit of a wait on waiter but very kind and attentive. Front desk staff was great. Didn't care for $132 fee I wasn't made aware of through Expedia for internet access nonsense. $25 waiver on food and drinks was nice touch. Rooms are small but so cute, our sink had slow drain, but the view and comfortable beds more than made up for this. Would be nice if it had a fridge in room. G... read more
Close to many NYC attractions and walkable to shops and dining
This hotel is super nice! I love the lobby and vibes! It has a dj playing in weekends, however i feel like they are always short staffed causing delays on service!!
Staff is very helpful! Area is excellent if you like to be closer to Brooklyn Bridge and Financial district.
This hotel is a block from my office and I travel to NYC one week a month for work, Recreation (the hotel bar) is the SOLE reason I'll never stay at this Moxy location again. Quite possibly the worst service I've ever received in my entire life, and that includes breakfast, dinner and bar service over the course of 5 days from multiple Servers.
