Best Value Hotel in Downtown NYC There were no issues with our stay! Location was great. Many attractions within walking distance. Several places to eat close by, as well as the Subway. Room was perfect, staff was perfect, price was perfect. Will be staying here next time we are in NYC.
MOXY The location is very busy and lots of construction to try to maneuver around. Entering from the street, you're led to check in with a very small area then take the elevator up to the second elevator to your rooms. Not convenient but at least everyone is helpful. The staff were amazing. The beds were comfy

A very convenient location and staff was very helpful! The only downfall was no room services and no mini fridge in the room. I loved the location of the property. So many local places to eat at and so many things to explore.
