Disappointing. The lights and electric blinds didn’t work in our room for the duration of our stay. We asked for this to be fixed on the first night, an electrician came and fixed the problem for about 10 minutes before they stopped working again. The loft hatch was missing for 24 hours with wires hanging out. The TV volume was stuck and so loud it was unwatchable. RUDE staff, not all of them, granted some were lovely but two of the men on the front desk and one on the bar were rude enough to put a bad taste in your mouth. W... read more

Decepcionante. Las camas nada confortables y la limpieza nula. Recen para que te toque con vistas El personal poco amable, solamente él último día tratamos con dos personas agradables. La habitación asignada (5 primeras noches) daban a un patio interior sin luz. No pasaron ningún día a limpiar las habitaciones. Be prepared to pay more and receive very small breakfast First of all, we did not like how this hotel interpreted the "breakfast included" part of our reservation. After some negotiation and different information that we received from different staff, we were able to get purple chips that were supposed to be exchanged for breakfast. However, these, in fact, had very limited value, and we got only 1 drink per person - so, for example, black coffee or orange juice but not both. Würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen vor allem für Familien nicht zu empfehlen da sehr kleine Zimmer. Personal beim einchecken, stellenweise überfordert, nicht kundenorientiert und von drei verschiedenen Mitarbeitern drei verschiedene Aussagen. Absolute Katastrophe. Dann wurde uns mehr berechnet, als ich gebucht hatte und nach einer frühen Anreise mussten wir 10 Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten. Das wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass das Hotel von mir gehört hat. Die Lage war super.
Nur bedingt empfehlenswert! Mini-Zimmer, Um Zimmer zu erreichen, muss man Abends durch eine Diskoteque! Rezeptionsausstattung völlig unpassend, eines Marriot nicht würdig. Lage
