Good They would not give you your deposit back. They told me to call my bank to get my money back. Deposit gone money lost. Staff did not care.

For price I paid the service should have been better A.c went out I called to have someone service it. I waited two hours. I call back waited another two hours. Tolles Hotel mit intransparenter Preisgestaltung Die schlechte Bewertung basiert auf der Destination Fee und der doppelten Blockierung meiner Kreditkarte. Overall, my stay at Moxy NYC Downtown was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel given the multitude of iss Firstly, the blinds wouldn’t fully close, which made it difficult to sleep with the city lights glaring in. Despite informing the staff about this on day one, they promised maintenance would fix it, but nothing was done during my entire stay. Very disappointing stay Lots of more issues than we ever had in an hotel of this category. Arriving for 1st night…overbooking!! We had to be transferred for one night in an other MOXY Hotel in Manhattan. We made the reservation more than 6 month ago (December 28th 2023 !?!). So not at the last minute. Room service never done during our stay. We left the room every single day clearly on time in the morning, before 11AM. The volume of the music in the lobby is definitely too loudly.
