Bad We were charged for things we have never ordered or received. Multiple complaints were filed and no solution was found. It’s highly disappointing and we will never return to this hotel or any other hotels of this global chain.

Stay Here if you are 20 something or a family with elementary school children 1) bed uncomfortable; 2) tri-legged stools for chairs; 3) noisy (street noise); 4) housekeeping snafus 5) two elevators to reach room; 6) dining room noisy with loud music at breakfast; It was across the street from a great italian restaurant (daClaudio)

Nice vibe downtown hotel They have an additional destination fee of $25 a day which they don’t tell you about upfront. They try to make it seem like a perk but it’s really just an additional fee. Location and vibe of lobby.

Not worth your time, spend a little extra on a nicer hotel. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The noise was unacceptable. I was on the 13 floor and could hear traffic noises as if I was standing on the street. The hotel doors don't quiet close, so they all slam especially during weird hours of the night. To top it all off there is a HUGE safety issue of the windows being able to be opened. Not cracked so a breeze could get in, but you can open them and someone could jump out! There was makeup smeared on the walls and I re... read more

Just okay. The room was very warm and when the aircon was used, it was so loud. There was no way to reduce to noise. We also requested the room to be turned over which the staff failed To do and when I chased this because we needed new towels, it took four different request for any new towels to arrive. Breakfast was also incredibly expensive and clearly just reheated items. We have stayed in several Moxys and this is the only one we wouldn’t recommend to be honest. Size of the king bed room was good. Area was good.

Bad Do not stay at this hotel. They stated they sent back the deposit but they have not. Their communication is extremely poor, both at the reception and on messaging. ..

Not bad, but probably wouldn't stay here again. Layout of hotel was bonkers, you had to go up an elevator and through a loud, crowded bar just to get to ANOTHER elevator to go to your room. Not fun to deal with after a long day of work. Also, the hotel tended to be a bit noisy because it seems to cater to younger people who are looking to party and have fun. Room was nice and clean
