Won't stay there again. Rooms are too small and generally didn't like the hotel Rooms are minuscule. There is zero storage. No closet and water wasnt very warm in the shower. You can get much better accommodations close by for similar cost. Room was clean and enjoyed the bar on the third floor. Overall the staff was nice and this is in a decent location.

Disappointing We were overcharged for an item on our bill. When trying to resolve this issue, we were repeatedly put on hold, costing us extra money. Incredibly disappointed in the ability for Marriott to correct this. Tiny room but very well laid out and worked for what we wanted. A good base for being in New York!
This hotel seriously ruined my NYC experience. -Was forced to pay $25 per night for "destination fee" which w The staff and safety. The location.
We were there for four nights, had to ask for a garbage bag and some clean towels. You have to walk through a nightclub Air conditioning did not work the first night and we had to move to another room. No fridge. No ice machine. Very small room. Did not look like the picture there was a window that looked into the shower that was covered by a picture. Very weird. Close to subway
Bad Estuvimos del 14 de junio al 16 de junio nos pidieron el depósito q suelen pedir y esta es la hora q no me lo han devuelto, somos personas q por negocio siempre viajamos a NY y fuimos hasta allá a preguntar y ahora salieron q el banco es el q me tiene retenido el depósito , obviamente desde q lo retuvieron llamaos al banco y nos contestan q ellos no lo han devuelto por q el hotel no lo ha soltado el dinero así q el dinero no lo hemos tenido para atrás
not worth the money I'm quite dissatisfied. The first problem was the inability to pay in cash, especially since the website says I can pay in cash. This caused me a lot of problems because I was stuck in Manhattan with USD 2k in my pocket and no way to deposit money into my account and pay for the hotel. The bathroom was quite dirty on the floor and in the shower, there was dirt between the tiles. Bad My experience wasn’t a pleasant one from the moment I approached the check in desk. I booked a king size bed with city view, it was downgraded to a smaller room/bed during check in. I asked why and he told me that it was better for me. I told him that I wanted what I reserved online but he insisted that I shouldn’t worry. I was placed on a lower floor without the city view.
