Very tech savy company! They are totally paperless and they have a great text-alert system that lets you know when your master electrician is coming AND who he is with a picture. Very professional and quick getting the problem figured out and fixed. I think he was here for less than thirty minutes. I also really appreciated that when he was done fixing my outlets, he explained the process and made sure to check out the fuse box in the garage - even though the issue wasn't out there. They were very prompt, had a morning appt. The technician was courteous and fixed a simple lose ground wire in an outlet. (The breaker would not reset) I wasn't happy with the cost of $180. and change for their base fee. Luckily they do military discount that saved us $27. and change. The peace of mind that it was a simple fix put me at ease. Not sure if I would use them again because of the initial base cost. They wanted $90 plus to replace a GFCI outlet.

Steven came out and gave me a quote on an electrical problem that I have been living with for some time. He was timely, professional and courteous. He fixed the problem and explained the issues related to original wiring limitation clearly and plainly. Steven wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up all debris after completing his work. Work spaces were left in better shape than he found them. I asked Steven to give me a quote on some additional work.
