Punctuality was off for a couple days but the service and tech were 5 star. Pricing was a little high

They were a little expensive to install a fan but we had been through someone else (not from Home Advisor) and they were a no show twice. I wanted to get it done. Mr. Electric responded immediately, were very friendly and professional, quickly got the job done and sent a follow-up letter with a coupon. They really take pride in what they do and it shows.

Chase was very nice and got right to the problem. He was friendly and helpful and made sure I could use my lawn mower when the outlet was finished. Excellent.

Mr Electric was not the cheapest bid but they were the most thorough. They sent 3 service folks to look at our job and it was extensive. They completed the job on time and under the bid. Very professional and courteous.

The one issue I had was that the electrician seemed to want to sell me some very expensive lights. It got rather annoying after rejecting it a couple of times.
