Matthew came and was just absolutely amazing. Our house was built in the 70s so the wiring was all funky and ended up leaving us without AC on our top floor during a 90 degree week in Texas. Called up Mr. Electric because we previously had a great experience with a different tech of theirs named Chase. They were able to send out someone same day (within a few hours) and Chase was unfortunately unavailable but they sent Matthew and he was a godsent! Great experience! We've had multiple contractors out to help with our house and Mr. Electric was by FAR the best. Our rep was Junior Alvarez and he stopped and explained exactly what he was seeing, what his plan to fix it was and how long it would take. A few weeks later and we've had no issues at all with the service and even had the rep check back in to make sure we were satisfied.
Travis was on time, expedient and very professional. We took advantage of the preferred customer discount program. It's a good deal. New customers: hit me up if you'd like a referral discount of $25.
Great service! Eric was tremendous. He diagnosed the problem, ran to the store to get an unusual part and then fixed a home outage very quickly. Very competent and very friendly. Carrie was also extremely friendly and helpful in working me in, setting up the appointment on a Saturday and following up with updates. The whole experience couldn’t have been better. Happy ending to an outage arising the day before Easter.
Jay was professional and timely. Explained everything in simple terms. He provided a great experience. Will recommend Mr. Electric to all and definitely use them again for any future needs. They’ve got a loyal customer based on his customer service. Thank you again Jay, my family appreciates you!
