My service guy (Justin Witte) was on time and very courteous. He found my problem, fixed it and I felt I got my money's worth.
On the phone suggested lower price than it was in the end. Made a hole exactly where wife told them then suggested it needed to be over a few inches leaving me to have to patch it. The electrical work itself was high quality. The other stuff could have been better.
Recommended LED replacement and installed the next day.
The work was good. I had some discomfort or misunderstanding with the pricing portion. When they estimated it over the phone I did not realize that that they would come to the job, asses it further, leave to get parts and charge for the time going and coming from the store. I thought when they showed up they would be ready with supplies in hand to finish the job. They worked with me on the pricing and proposed that they would be more clear on their pricing in future bidding. I will use them again and will recommend them .
I guess I needed an electrician with experience in more complicated wiring. The electrician was so sweet though!
They were on time, did the work and everything turned out great.

This was work on a rental so I was not there when the work was done, however they contacted my renter immediately following my call to them went out within a couple of days and the work was completed by the 3rd or 4th day. They contacted me when the work was done.
