The technician, Kevin was knowledgeable and efficient; he did a great installation of 3 light fixtures. The fee charged seemed somewhat excessive due to the rather simple installations requested. Unfortunately, I failed to ask for the 15% discount offered during my initial phone contact.
The rep was very friendly, professional and he did a good job overall but I felt they were a bit pricey. Over $400 to install a chandelier and 3 can lights (simple plug and go kits). Minimum charge is $99 but they don't tell you that in advance.
I highly recommend Mr. Electric! As an accomplished DIY'er I have very high standards when I actually hire someone to do work for me. Todd and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very conscientious every step of the way which I appreciated especially when I did the drywall repair! I plan on calling them when my kitchen is finished and work on my bathroom begins.
