I can’t say enough good things! Kenneth was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered every question I had, explained the process every step of the way, and quickly replied to all emails. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease about my concerns on our first phone-call. The process and his commitment to helping me far exceeded my expectations.
