There was ALOT of back and forth that elongated the process from October to finally working through close the middle of April. We had to send multiple copies of information we sent already. There seems to be a lack of organization among the other partners that was very frustrating .

All my questions were answered quickly and understandably. The entire procedure went very efficiently. Kenneth is professional and personable. I cannot imagine the matter being handled any better. Travis was fantastic and I cannot say anything negative about him. He always was there to answer my questions and help me out with anything I needed. When it came to underwriting.. that was a different story. It was a back and fourth battle for a bit over if the home was in my name on not (it was inherited). The title company was incredibly ignorant as to how to verify this, even though I provided everything, including paperwork from my attorney.
