Rating updated after speaking with the bank about our loan experience. Our loan rep was good and this review now reflects that. However, the back office process has many issues leaving us disappointed & frustrated. As bank customers almost 20 years, we want First IB to be successful as they're our bank of choice, however they need to fix/address the poor customer experience we suffered through. After speaking with the bank, we are cautiously optimistic that these issues will be addressed.
