Max did a fantastic job throughout the process from start to finish! Communication was consistent, but not overbearing. Max was extremely helpful in making sure we hit our long term financial of lowering our rate, lowering PMI, while also keeping our loan amortization the same so we didn’t go backwards in our loan. He also ensured we hit our short term goal of receiving a lender credit to cover a good chunk of our closing costs. A+ experience!
