After doing extensive research online on mortgage refinance, I came across First Internet Bank and was blown away by their extremely competitive rates. While I was obviously skeptical of using an online bank, FIB and our loan officer - Max Kotterman - were first class all the way, and much more attentive then traditional brick and mortar banks we used in the past. I would recommend FIB to anyone looking for awesome rates and fantastic service.
