Chris did an awesome job getting my loan closed on time and dealt with all the various issues that came up along the way. He was also able to lock in a rate lower than other banks I spoke with at the time. Also, it was not an issue using FIB of Indiana while my house was in another state.

I have worked with FIB through three mortgage refinancings and with Chris personally for the last two. We were fortunate to find First Internet Bank to purchase our home! The folks at this bank actually want to loan money and will work with you to get you into your home. They don't cut corners and will verify the information that you give them, so tell it like it is. Very few people these days have perfect credit and First Internet Bank will not show you the door because your credit or work history is not perfect.
