There was a bunch of miscommunication, too many different people to deal with and was not getting clear information between lender and title company.

This was our first time buying a home, so we have no real comparison, but it left us frustrated to say the least. It was confusing the number of people we had to communicate with. There was a lot of back and forth with our funds and where they were coming from. We followed the direction of the lender (when to move the money) and that ended up being super frustrating and delaying closing.

Uncertainty on closing costs until very last weeks, where I have asked to be transparent and share every detail as we are new to the US. We had no idea that we are buying points, that insurance and taxes are paid in advance.

I am beyond UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED on how things were handled our final weeks before closing. For someone that is supposed to look out for us Steve did the opposite and wasn't transparent. First, our appraisal came in under the offer price, we noticed that a few items within the report were not accurate.
