Robert Ferger and his team were great to work with. They were always quick to respond to us with any of our questions. We were a little nervous about using a non-local lender, but they gave us the best rates, a smooth process, and they were even able to close our loan 10 days early. I would definitely recommend Robert.

Just completed the purchase of a new home and very happy that we found Jeff Smith and Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. Jeff did a great job for us all along the way - we put in a couple of offers that didn't end in a contract but Jeff was always there to assist and advise us. When I had questions I don't think I ever had to wait more than a few hours to get a thoughtful and helpful response back from Jeff. The communication could have been better. Maybe it's my fault for opting for text instead of phone calls. Kim is definitely knowledgeable, but the experience didn't feel as warm as when working with Rocket Mortage. If it wasn't for the better rate and being locked-in immediately at that rate, I would have kept my business with Rocket.
