Mark and Matt are a great team. It’s a very challenging time with the current interest rates. So hoping the rates will come down so we can work with Mark again to refinance. He got us a deal on the interest rate for the next year since the rate was higher than expected. We had an unusual situation with our builder/appraiser as well and Mark was able to remove some requests so we could close.

Kim had held our hand through three home buying experiences. The first we were in escrow. I shopped around and luckily found Kim who had a better rate than the loan officer with whom our approval letter had come from. Unfortunately, we fell out of escrow with this home due to the seller’s unwillingness to negotiate after a low appraisal.
