I shopped around like every person I believe should / does. I informed Kim that I was doing so early in the process. My loan details changed several times and I had a lot of ideas and vague plans that I presented to her and she was great both listening and advising. To be honest I trusted Kim so much from purely conversing with her overly nearly a years time that I would have accepted a slightly hire fee / % rate to continue to work with her, thats how great she was. Kim was absolutely unbelievable. This was my second purchase and the difference from the first was night and day. Kim went out of her way to make sure I understood every single facet of the process and was not only able but willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous. She made sure no stone went unturned to get me the best rate possible and turned a harrowing experience into a much more pleasant one.
