First, Jeff goes above and beyond for his clients. Second, Jeff is very knowledgeable and could answer any question I presented to him. Overall process was smooth and quick. App was easy to use. Jake was responsive. Only the rate down process is not that transparent.

Mark put together a reasonable deal in an unconventional situation where other lenders could not. I spoke with nearly a dozen lenders, and I would not have a mortgage without Mark. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. Most importantly closing costs came down significantly. Overall, it was a great experience from first conversation to closing.

The home buying process can be very confusing and overwhelming at times. Mark was extremely helpful throughout the process in explaining the numbers and what to expect with the interest rate’s continual fluctuations.
