Truthfully had a few items that were a bit wonky in the process. During our first conversation and e-mail exchanges, I was told that if rates dropped by more than 0.25% then there would be a potential re-negotiation of my rate. When that happeend and I reached out, I was told it was actually 0.50%. As well we found a few items on our closing disclosures that if I didn't catch would have ended up costing us extra money.
