Steve was an excellent communicator and even pointed out where I was paying too much for homeowners insurance. I was able to find a rate that saved me over $3000. Also, when there were issues/discrepancies he was quick to step in and resolve the issue. He was with me throughout the process, to include the closing and disbursement of funds. I'm retired Army and have owned 5 homes, this is the first loan officer that made me feel like a person rather than a number or a source of revenue. Steve was awesome!
