Ryan - I know how important these internal surveys can be. I rarely write them unless the experience is truly worthy of an excellent review. You and your team did a fantastic job. I did my due diligence and shopped around for a mortgage. Mr. Ferger was truly amazing. Unlike others, he gave us the best rate right up front. He answered questions promptly, and even when I had to change the terms because our current house hadn't sold, he just said "no problem, we'll take care of it." He was honest, straight forward, and the only surprise was how easy the process was. I don't typically do reviews, but this man is worth it and I would send anyone financing a home directly to him.

This is our second home purchase and Mark Gennusa and Matt Rasmussen made it seamless compared to our first purchase. They were both very communicative during the entire process and provided us the best options to use our seller concessions, which made us feel comfortable and reassured using this mortgage company, knowing that they will take care of us. Jim has always given great insight about the market allowing us to make smart finacial moves. He's honest and upfront and doesn't push you to just close on a deal for his own benefit. He wants what's best for the customer and that is why I have secured two mortgages with him and two refi's.
