I liked having a single point of contact throughout the mortgage process. April kept me up to date on the status of my application and documents through direct communication. There was no dealing with customer service, being on hold, talking to multiple different people.. I appreciate all the work and information to get everything done and closed.

I have had mortgages serviced through lenders big (Navy Federal Credit Union and Wells Fargo) and small (Midwest Family Lending). I have had conventional and VA mortgages. This mortgage was going to be very difficult to navigate due to specifics and a timeline that I brought into the process. Whitney handled every facet of the mortgage with speed and expertise.
