Low 30 year rates and very low fees. Among the most competitive in the space. A numbers game. Matt was great in helping me walk through options to optimize our loan around our sitaution. We got creative and achieved the results needed. It was a little challenging at the end to get a final cash to close locked in but was able to get that info from the title company.
