April took over my loan halfway through due to the person leaving the company and handled everything great. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive in walking me through the remaining process and even found a way to used up the excess lender's credit without it going to waste. I was able to close on time with no major issue and that's really what matters in the end. Would definitely reach out to April for future mortgage needs.
