This was the second time we have used Ryan Pichardo to refinance a property, and in both cases he was a true professional. We just recently used Ryan to refinance a rental property. The process was very smooth (again) from start to finish. Ryan answered any and all questions in a timely manner and took the time to explain the details - next steps, expectations, timelines, etc. We strongly recommend Ryan Pichardo to anyone who might be looking for mortgage/refi in the future.

Great communications with Jeff. He was always very responsive to any of my questions that I had. He took the time to layout the complete buying process. He was able to resolve an issues very quickly and was able to close on the home in less than 30 days after all of the documents were submitted.

I refinanced with Ryan Pichardo the first time, and everything went fairly smoothly. I got concerned as rates went up, but they honored their initial quote and even extended the lock period when necessary. Everything was cool, but I did worrie. I recently refinanced again with Ryan and was it was relax knowing Ryan had my back. The final paperwork was as initially quoted. Great deal! No sweat! I would recomend him to anyone!!
