I was a little reluctant to go with an online lender, but was not disappointed. He gave me an incredibly competitive interest rate that no other lender could beat. Rob was incredibly thorough and always responded to my emails within 10 minutes - even late at night, which I didn't expect! He made sure everything was in order, and we closed on time. i have been happy with Rob and first mortgage direct.... they moved office around during the process so it slowed the process and communication a little but i think all customers wish it was faster....

I found NBKC after reviewing a number of lenders on Zillow. I loved that I could compare lenders with no pressure. I was able to use my own judgement regarding whom I chose to reach out to and contact rather than have my contact information given to a variety of lenders and being barraged with calls. I was refinancing my home to enable me to do some costly home improvements. Start to finish awesome experience. Jeff had awesome communication and knowledge of the process and was available and responsive at all times! Up front and honest and always made us feel like his only client. Kept control of the process and I heard nothing but positives from all others involved with the purchase of the home.
