Rob Ferger offered by far the best interest rate/lowest fees for my first home purchase. No one else could match, even when asked. Almost too good to be true but I closed yesterday and the fees were even lower than predicted. He is prompt, kind, professional. All necessary forms were submitted ahead of schedule. Will send all future business his way! Don't hesitate!

Matt was a joy to work with! We were first-time homebuyers that needed a lot of hand-holding. Matt made the entire process easy and provided clear, concise answers to all of our questions while making sure everything was completed on-time to meet our contract deadlines. Our realtor was skeptical of using a national bank that they had not worked with before, but I think this experience has demonstrated that with the right loan officer, there is no need to worry. Rob Ferger was nothing short of amazing!! I couldn't have done this without him. Rob was always available via phone and email. I never felt like I was waiting to hear from him, and that's what matters to me most in the loan process. Was not super fond of Jake once underwriting began, but Rob helped out when I spoke up about the issues I had. My loan closed early and I even got it closed when I was out of the country! Rob Ferger and his assistant Jake Longhta were excellent to work with during our home mortgage process. We were able to successfully obtain a mortgage for our new home. We were able to work with them to complete the process relatively quickly. We were able to get a competitive rate for our mortgage. Rob worked very hard even late at night and we able to successfully close on our house.

The refinance with First Mortgage Direct and our loan officer Rob Ferger was great. I was a little skeptical at first since they don't have a huge presence on Zillow and the numbers were so good. They did not disappointed and delivered everything they quoted .We were approved in under 24 hours with an interest rate no other lender we spoke to could beat.
