Easy communication. Appreciated being able to communicate offline via email when possible as this was less disruptive to our daily lives and particularly at work. Other lenders would call us at all times of the day and it was offputting.

Jim Simpson is phenomenal! He is organized, efficient, thorough, and clearly communicates all requirements throughout the loan underwriting and closing process. I have closed numerous loans with Jim, and have many friends who I've referred who also closed loans with Jim. He has always worked closely with all parties involved to facilitate an on-time closing.
