A little more transparency into the process and what is happening behind the scenes specially when the deadline is passed and we are still waiting for some approvals.

Kim was awesome to work with and was very direct in addressing all of our concerns when Deciding which lender to go with for our first home purchase. Her and her team were very communicative throughout the process and we had no issues closing on time. Their rates and fees were the best we found, don't let another lender or broker deter you from going with Kim and mutual of omaha!

Administrative personnel repeatrely asked for the same information from us that had been previously provided. They need to work together as a team and share all information provided.
