Amanda made the whole process seamless. She responded to texts after hours to make sure we could get our preapproval as quickly as possible. Once we had a sale agreement in place she gave us great advice about the rates. The loan process has straightforward and we closed on time without any issues. This is our second time working with Kim this year. There are obviously a lot of folks we could choose to work with for a refi and lord knows they have all called, emailed, or sent me junk mail.
