Whitney kept in touch with me after I went with a different lender for my first mortgage. She alerted me when rates had fallen so I could take advantage of a better rate through a refinance.

Ryan was super responsive. Every time I had a question he was quick to answer. Not only was he quick to answer he was also extremely knowledgeable. He knew the answers to all my questions and patiently explained the answers.

Kim was amazing! There are two things I can suggest, based from our experience, that would have made the process better: 1. Better communication between the Lender and the Title Company. When we showed up for our closing appointment, the Title told us that someone from the Lender company should have contacted us ahead of time to know the closing costs and what to expect. Kim makes herself very reachable for her clients. there was a little miscommunication on some things that I wish i had understood a little better before they happened, but kim made up for it by being available when i was signing closing documents. she was very responsive and answered all of my questions regarding my package, which made me more comfortable wirh signing and confident in the accuracy of the paperwork. she is nice and easy to work with .

April was phenomenal and very informative during our lending process. We started this process and closed all within 3 weeks. April had a lot of knowledge on the VA loans and explained additional information we weren't aware of when using a VA loan. I highly recommend April!
