i wasnt disipointed with anything, I think April did a solid job. That said, I think it was kind of what i was expecting, so i mean, good job on that but I think 5 star service goes above and beyond. Im not sure Id call a last second doubling of the cash to close "5 star," but all in all, as confusing as the process was , Arpil was bery helpful in explaining each document or each thing in a way i could understand and I apprixiated that i was able to work with her.

There were problems with the underwriter as to what i needed to do and when. Jim was doing his best to get the loan done. My experience with him was great.

Everything went perfect, Kim went above and beyond to not only get the loan approved, she got it closed a week early on short notice!

faster and quicker communication. there were times where I would text or email and there would be a delay in response, sometimes there would be no response. other than this ms berra was very helpf and I am greatly that she was able to fulfill my Morgage applicatio.
