When we first reached out about a loan, he called, then he immediately text us. I was at work, so texting was the best option for me at the time. All the other loan places kept calling and calling. It is always hard, with today’s world, to do business of the phone or electronically, just because you personally don’t have the opportunity to meet the person. Mike was friendly and always available for any questions I might have had. He made the process easy, and that helped the process run smoothly. I appreciate that he treated me like a person.
