There was a small "hiccup" just as the documents were signed. I contacted Eric, told him my problem, and he and the rest of the staff fixed an unusual situation. What was important to me was his willingness to make some changes in the process and make the deal go through. And all this in a timely manner with a minimum of fuss. Well done, Eric.
