Initially I was told by another mortgage company that my condo association was not FHA approved and that we would not be able to proceed with an FHA cash out refinance. After speaking with Eric, he informed me of spot FHA approvals and that he was confident I could get approved. From my first conversation with Eric, he was knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
