We had to jump through so many hoops it was crazy. The VA loan this loan replaced went smoother and quicker. It seems the costs were very high, this loan cost us more than we got back in cash. This loan took longer than any other loan we have we ever had a loan take. I feel we had to do a lot of the work you would expect the loaning bank would do. Where is the HUD label that so much fuss was about?

the terms changed too many times, you guys weren't as familiar with the VA side of things as I would have liked, got used car salesman vibe after loan terms kept changing.
