I wanted $30,000 out in cash and only got $10,000

I would try to call him and I would talk to his assistant Mark and ask that he call me back and it didn't happen. I was dealing with three different people, Molly Woods, Justin and Mark. Molly seemed like the one who had the most information. It would have been nice to deal with one person.

If things would have been performed as stated. I am now waiting for pay off check I have to sign and forward on and it looks like one of them will require me to pay extra chatges because pay off dates won't be met. I usderstood the checks would be sent to me overnight so I might overnight them but they won't get to me in time to meet stated pay off dates.

Horrible!!! Would NOT recommend to anyone Was lied to about getting pur appraisal fees back, had to reach out several times and was told a check would be sent, have text with this information, I finally had to reach out to another employee to see about our refund, was told NO, appraisals are never refunded, then was told by Jennifer to cover what she lied about, it was added to our own cash back that WE was getting from OUR OWN equity. Chase her manager tried saying same and even said "what do you want me to do fire her". So... read more

The final payoff letter on your previous mortgage was higher than expected because your current month's payment had not yet been made. Nothing has paid off. I had to keep making payments while waiting for you guys to pay off loans. Then when you did finally pay them they were not accepted be ause amount $20 more than account balance. They returned the checked to you. Sent me late notices. So far both discover accounts. Maybe others .
