royal treatment Jeremy Cooley from Royal United Mortgage went above and beyond my expectations in helping me to refinance my first mortgage, which was a t 7% and had a nasty balloon note at the end. Now I have a 3.5% apr and no balloon and will pay off in 20 instead of 30 years. Jeremy did an excellent job, I'm sure mine was not the easiest refi by a long shot, but even after changing things around a FEW times, he got it done. Very satisfied customer, thanx Jeremy.
Job well done The whole process went very fast and efficient. Closing was in house and completeled smoothly thanks to fully completed paperwork in order. Dixie7 Mr. Jeremy Cooley was nothing but exceptional. He explained to me in detail anything I didn't understand, and promptly returned my calls. He treated me like I was his only customer with respect and understanding. He expedited the loan, and I wouldn't hesitant to refer him to anyone that needed a loan, I know he would do the best he could. Yay! Finally! Our loan was a bit unique and frustrating at times, but we really felt Jeremy Cooley at Royal was on our side. It took a while to get to closing, through no fault of his, but he fought for us the entire way and, in the end, got us exactly what we wanted.
Complicated Process Jeremy persued every angle of the loan process very aggressively, keeping me informed at every step. His advice on how to write the "letters of explanation" was invaluable.
