Very happy with this company's responsiveness and effort to communicate. We requested a service call last night online about our water heater. First thing this morning we received a call about scheduling for later in the day. Later, after the appointment was scheduled we received a text message with a picture of the technician and a link to see his estimated time of arrival and current location. The technician was courteous and professional. After the appointment we received a follow up phone call from the company.
Professional, straightforward and efficient. We've used My Georgia Plumber in the past and come to expect (and receive) excellent service. We'll continue using them whenever the need arises.
We had a new faucet installed and re connection of plumbing to garbage disposal, dishwasher and new sink after a new countertop was installed. Robert and Carlos were very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up when they finished. Customer service was great for the entire process from making the appointment to follow up call by coordinator. Will call again for future plumbing jobs.
