Bob was efficient and thorough. He explained in detail the problem and possible solution. Parts were ordered and repair scheduled in 36 hours
Trevor was effective in solving the problems. He was pleasant in his mannerism. He was late by 1 hr though I'm not sure if that was due to reasons beyond his control.
They were on time and knew their stuff! It took them less than 30 minutes to take care of my plumbing issue. Nice, courteous, and professional! Will contact them again for any other plumbing issues that I may have in the future.
