Not the best It was filthy. Contacted staff and was told them cleaning staff would be out to clean. No came. You would think places would be extra clean because of covid Location

We do have other units available if you would like to book with us again, we can make arrangements to have you stay in one of our other units on property.
Bad The layout, old cover, damaged and old furniture, not enough towels. Toilet flooded after being flushed and staff stated that it wasn’t a true emergency so they did not come to clean up the water she laughed while we voiced our concerns and the apartment underneath got damaged. We used all the towel and covers to get as much of the water up but it wasn’t enough. Sometimes we fail to meet these standards and we will make note of where we came up short and try to correct those areas we can and as it states on the website we only furnish towels and toiletries for the start of the stay. Bad The pillow cases had stains on them in the master bedroom. The guest bathroom did not work. The master bedroom TV did not work. There were stains on the carpets and holes in the walls. Inside the pull out couch was potato chips. On the outside balcony was a old door frame across the table.The lights switch in the living room was covered with tape.The guest bathroom towels rack was broken on the wall. Horrible The room was nasty, staff was rude Too many roaches and spider webs inside the room. Room was not clean, I had bugs coming out the oven and microwave.

Bad I didn’t like that the access codes we were given did not unlock our room doors. My brother who had a separate villa from me, access code worked for my room, and none of the access codes worked for his room. I called all kinds of numbers, left vms, sent emails, and sent messages via Facebook. No reply. My brothers ended up sleeping in my other brothers room! Not a "wow" experience. Slats were missing on the patio door blind. Service was bare minimum. Dirty pillows in closet. Nice and quiet. Safe surroundings. Neighbors were friendly.
