staff was amazing room was not the room was old everything was old furniture and the tv I’m the second room didn’t work it had stains on the window curtains the location

Fair Carpet was not clean it had multiple stains.the screen ti the balcony did not open properly. The indoor pool was not clean Location was good.

Bad The condition of the condo was horrible. It wasn't cleaned well and things were falling apart. Nasty stains on the bedspread. The location was convenient.

Poor
To sum up my stay I’d never stay there again!!!! The toilet isn’t cleaned. The beds were hard. There wasn’t enough pills on the bed then it wasn’t fluffy enough. The broyhill chairs were down to the floor and old. The king chair was low and worn out. No dish rag to wash dishes. The door to the patio was unlocked when we got there but the door was jammed. The shower head looked as if it were broken and worked some what. The worse stay ever in my life!!! The outside is nice.
