Fair Trash bags weren’t in the room, dish towels weren’t provided to wash dishes. No sliverware or glasses weren’t clean & did not have enough pots to cook. lastly, we were unable to get in the pool (door was locked, when trying to put in the right code). The outside of the condo.

We appreciate feedback from all our guests and as it states on the website we only furnish towels and toiletries for the start of the stay. Guests are responsible for all toiletries after the initial ones placed in the unit. Towels are to be washed and reused with the washing machines and dryers provided

Very Poor 1. My first day there I had to clean, you could tell they didn’t refresh the room before guess arrival. There were cigarette ashes everywhere, dirty/moldy shower curtain etc. 2. New Blinds & Windows! The blinds are hanging on for dear life. You can see right through the home if you’re standing outside. Which made me extremely uncomfortable. Some windows will not close completely which caused the home to be freezing in different rooms. The list goes on! the location

Very Poor The villas were old with worn furniture and several bugs/.roaches

We do have other units available if you would like to book with us again, we can make arrangements to have you stay in one of our other units on property.

We experienced an break to our vehicle during our stay at this unit and to discover there were no video surveillance on cleanliness, beds, bedding, no WiFi, Televisions, choice of television stations the security of the property. location
