NASTY NASTY NASTY Not clean at all! All the BEDDING ON ALL THE BEDS WERE DIRTY! The sheets and spreads had grass,, sand and HAIR ALL OVER THEM.. The floors had not been swept or cleaned in a long time. You definitely could not take your shoes off and walk around. Several light bulbs were blown and the kitchen light just wouldn't turn on. Nice location, nice scenery but needs better maintenance staff! We had an issue with our tv. My wife loves relaxing and watching her tv shows and when we got a chance to just enjoy the room, the tv was stuck on one channel. I had to use my iPad to watch movies together with my wife and she wasn’t happy. I went to the office to get this situation fixed. I went early in the morning when they first opened the office. Disappointing Outside the complex is beautiful!! Inside furniture is extremely outdated!!! Small TVs & super old furniture The outside & landscape are very pleasing

I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your last stay with us. All of our units are individually owned and while we communicate with the owners, any changes or updates are ultimately their decision. We do have other units available if you would like to book with us again, we can make arrangements to have you stay in one of our other units on property.
In short, for the price, its not worth it. We had to wait for over an hour to get our room keys because it still wasn't cleaned at 7pm when we arrived. So we traveled in a car with small children for four hours, just to sit around and waste more money on food so that we could have dinner and kill time. Once we got into the "newly cleaned room" it smelled like someone cleaned with portapotty water. The smell was that of feces and it was disgusting. It sucked!!!! Unit was filthy!!! Dirty walls, carpet and dead mosquitoes everywhere! Overall the unit I was assigned to was very dirty. The walls were extremely dirty, the carpet was heavily soiled/stained, bugs were everywhere. A complete dump!!! The tv did not work! No batteries in the remote! The community is very well kept, but for the condo my family and I stayed in was more like a Motel 6 but worse.

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN Broke bed, dirty room, rude neighbors, barking dogs. The numerous pools were nice.
