My chimney had rotted boards on it that were in dire need of replacement. I hired MZK because of their knowledge of the situation and their high rating on Angie's list. MZK recommended using PVC trim so that I would never have a rot problem again. MZK took care of everything including getting matching paint, purchasing and installing the boards and painting.

they did a good job and cleaned up their mess when they were done. They also provided other suggestions for long term gutter guards. I would use them again. <br />
Scheduling went really well, the receptionist was good to work with. They came out, looked over the roof and told my husband that nothing was wrong with the roof. We are still having problems with water intrusion.
The original flashing on our roof didn't go up high enough. When MZKleft, he told us to give him a call after a rain if there were any remaining leaks. There was some leaking after a heavy rain and we called him back out. He came right back out and did some touch up work. He didn't charge for the second visit. It's been about 3 months since his work, and it's been working perfectly!
