My roof concerns were very urgent and I called them right after purchasing the Big Deal. My pipe collar had completely disintegrated off so I needed a new pipe collar. When I called, he told me that was not part of the Big Deal and he told me to call back to the office. It was clear that what I needed would be more than original $149 because what I was asking for was not a part of the Big Deal. He called to reschedule for an earlier date because he was overbooked for the original date. The reschedule was fine and he showed up on time and seem to understand and know how to correct everything that needed to be done. Also pointed out additional things for me to consider which was helpful. I never received a quote or call back. <br />

I thought he did a great job. He came when he said he would, and it was early and cold out. In fact, the work was a little dangerous to perform and I thought the price was worth it. He was a very nice guy, and I would call him again in the future.
The owner came out to give the estimate, we scheduled a time for them to come out and do the work. I didn't have to take off work, which was great. I came home to brand new gutters. What more can you ask? <br />
I was very impressed with the options that were given to me, The owner has a lot of knowledge of building and roof repair. The service was great, and the crew was friendly and professional. The crew made sure they didn't leave any scraps or trash behind. Very impressed with the repair
I discovered my roof leaking and needed the work done quickly. I contacted three roofing contractors for bids. MZK came out the very next day, inspected my roof and had an estimate prepared before they left. The price turned out to be very competitive so I signed with them. Made appointment with office, appointment had to be rescheduled. Stated repeatedly that I wanted to be home when the roof was inspected so I could point out the problem. Was given a definite time when inspection would be done and arranged to be home at that time. However, the inspector finished another job early and showed up several hours before appointment time. The Big Deal promotion last year was extremely successful and we provided service for a large number of clients, so, as you know, we had to schedule using "time windows" rather than a specific time. My experience did not go well. The gutter cleaning portion left a mess behind and I had to call them to have them clean up their mess. I also had to call them back to follow up about the roof inspection and to see the pictures they took. They missed the opportunity to present a roofing bid knowing the condition of my roof, I had to ask them about that. If they were being proactive, they would have done it without me asking.

He went on the roof and said the roof was fine. It was not fine is why I called him. He said it would last another year, it did not. <br /> I think he did not not want to do the roof and it was fall so cooler weather. Icalled a roofing company who thoroughly inspected my roof, had to replace wood and did a great job with the new roof, professionalism and promptness all with a great price.
